CLAY FIFE
I live by the mantra “if you don’t love your life, change it”. I believe that this is simple but not easy, and that’s where a coach can make all the difference. Fitness is a journey, and avoiding pitfalls can make your expedition efficient, effective and fun. Once you find the right combination of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle tools to get you to your goals the journey gets very exciting. This is why I enjoy being a personal trainer: I get to work as part of your team and make getting healthy a smoother process for you.
